This position is open to candidates in Perth or Melbourne on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As a MarTech Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing HBF’s member engagement strategy to life through the delivery of targeted lifecycle campaigns and marketing journeys. Working within the Member Engagement team, you’ll support the design, execution and optimisation of communications across our marketing automation platform, ensuring a high standard of quality, accuracy and member experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the design, build and execution of lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys across marketing platforms
  • Translating business requirements into accurate campaign setup, including email builds and audience configuration
  • Conducting thorough QA to ensure campaigns meet compliance, brand and operational standards
  • Assisting with A/B testing and optimisation to improve engagement and performance outcomes
  • Preparing and maintaining campaign reporting, including performance insights and recommendations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, content and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time

A Day in the Life
You might start your day designing and building engaging, personalised emails for members to help them get the most out of their cover. Before lunch you'll pivot into analysing performance and sharing insights with the team on what's working well and where we might need to redesign to improve future campaigns. Before the day ends, you'll QA a new journey build, and check-in with the rest of the MarTech team on best practice to ensure everything you deliver is both technically sound and genuinely member‑focused.

About You
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for digital engagement and customer communications. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and are keen to build your capability in marketing automation and MarTech.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A keen eye for design with the ability to build visually compelling emails and develop new modules that align with brand standards and enhance member engagement
  • Experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or campaign execution within CRM/email platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work consistently
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confidence working with data, including campaign audiences, reporting and QA processes
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt
